Next ConQuest Meeting - Friday March 16th
We will begin at 7:00 PM in the church nave to pray the Stations of the Cross. This is our last Friday meeting that is scheduled in Lent, so if you have not prayed the Stations yet, this will be the perfect opportunity!
Afterward, if the rain stays away, we hope to help Fr. John and his staff by clearing some of the winter debris from the parish grounds. Yes, it will be somewhat dark by then, so please try to send a flashlight with your boys for an interesting nighttime adventure! Work gloves and a rake would also be a good idea, if you have them. Using what we collect, we should even be able to have a decent bonfire! Temperatures are expected to be about 60 degrees on Friday evening.
We are looking forward to seeing you all on Friday night at Holy Spirit!

Overnight Retreat: March 9-10, 2012
March 9-10 is almost here! Fathers and sons from our Conquest club are invited to stay overnight at Sacred Heart Apostolic High School's beautiful campus in Rolling Prairie, IN.
Packed into this short time will be plenty of opportunities for spiritual enrichment, recreation, and fun with friends. The tentative agenda has us arriving between 7:00-8:00 PM on Friday. That night will offer opportunities for sports in the gym and Evening Prayer in the chapel. Saturday will begin with Holy Mass. The remainder of the day will likely include some additional sports and a trip to the nearby dunes for a midday hike along the shores of Lake Michigan. We plan to return home early Saturday evening.
Please plan to join us!
